(Photoshoots & Competitions)  Judy Warren - One of my best friends joined us for a photoshoot after the Colorado Natural. Judy is one hot mama! Judy is a member of the Carla Sanchez Performance Ready Team.  Lisa Delia - Lisa is a mother of 2 and is 47 years young!  Julie Ingram is amazing! I trained Julie for a photo shoot she did for her husband in order to get in the best shape of her life. That was in November of 2005 and today she is still at the same weight. I am so proud of her.
