Jason and I recently trained FT clients, Andra and Jennifer for a photo shoot with Mark Stevens. Andra is a mother of 4 and is 40 years young. She is proof that a clean diet, hard work, and NO EXCUSES pays off. This mother of 4 is massage therapist and is usually up by 5 am go get in her workouts. Andra's photos turned out great and she looked beautiful. Her husand wanted a shot of her in his flannel shirt, and we cannot believe how great it turned out. But then again, Andra would look great in anything! Congrats Andra!





Jennifer Oney looked amazing for her photo shoot. She has trained with Jason and I before for figure competitions but wanted to get back into great shap for a photo shoot this time around. Her hubby, Justin was a big help at the shoot. Her pictures are beautiful. Jennifer is 31 years old and we were roommates back in 2000 when I first moved to Denver. She drove up to meet with us from Centennial. That is dedications. Congrats Jen!
