UPCOMING EVENTS
So far 2008 has been a busy year, but I am enjoying every minute that I get to spend with Ty at home. The past couple of months, Jason and I have been training and preparing several girls for upcoming figure competitions. We will have two girls competing in the Mile High Figure Show (Susanne Costello and Nicole Ruthe). For the Colorado State Competition we have four competitors (Susanne Costello, Nicole Ruthe, Rachel and Stephanie).

In addition to training the girls for their figure competitions, I will be training for the Denver Half Marathon coming up June 7 and the Colorado Marathon in October. I also hope to get back into the fitness and figure competitions come December or early 2009. I have yet to determine a specific show or date. Stay tuned!
Congratulations to my little Sis Molly and her fiance Clay
My little baby sister is getting married. Molly and Clay have been together for a couple of years now and is already like a member of the family. And, on July 18, Clay will be true member of the family. Clay and Molly are getting married in the beautiful islands of St. Thomas!
FEBRUARY 2008
I ran my first half marathon and finished in 1:59:32 just under 2 hours. And, I didn't run it alone. My family(mom, both sisters, brother-in-law and Carla Rae) all ran it with me. Jason met me the last two miles and ran me in. I was so excited that I was able to train and run in my first 1/2 marathon after giving birth just 6 months ago.

Congratulations Carla and Justin
Carla and Justin got married at Arrowhead Golf Course on June 28, 2007. Carla is one of my BEST FRIENDS and we first met when competing for our first show in 2004. I am so lucky to have Carla in my life. The wedding was just beautiful and so romantic. We all wish Carla and Justin a very, very, long and happy and healthy life together! Carla and Justin now live in sunny California and are having the best time of thier life.

The Colorado Natural - November 2006
The Colorado Natural was a huge success! Molly, Susanne, and Samantha placed in the top 5 and did an awesome job! They all qualify to participate in the Nationals or Jr. Nationals. All three were beautiful and we had a blast backstage. They also did a photoshoot on Sunday at Red Rocks. Check back at a later date to see their photos! See more info under the My Competitiors page.

I met Valerie on-line. Although I have not personally met her, I feel like we have become friends. Valeria works with Vyotech and is from Peru. She has inspired me to continue to promote products that I believe in such as Vyotech and she is actually the one that encouraged me through emails to work the Vyotech booth at the Jr. Nationals. I am trying to get her to do a photoshoot with me, but she thinks I am CRAZY!
I was also able to see my good friend and Pro-Figure competitor, Elaine Goodlad. Elaine was such a doll and took time out of her busy schedule to do my makeup. She is a true MAKEUP ARTIST!
I also ran into Lisa Maloney, who looked like she could walk on stage and compete after having a baby just 10 months ago. She looked incredible. Lisa is such a sweet girl and in incredibly fit.
10 Year Reunion
My 10 year high school reunion was such a BLAST! It was great getting to see some my high school friends that I haven’t seen or talked to since leaving Louisiana and moving to Colorado. Check out some of the photos in my gallery section.
The girls gathered at our high school for some wine and fun. It was great seeing everyone in Covington, Louisiana. Everyone looked even better than they did in high school! Way to go girls! Keep up the healthy lifestyle!
