Meet My Awesome Figure Competitors

Jason and I were busy this month training 2 girls for the NPC Colorado State Fitness and Figure Championships. Rachel placed 2nd and qualified for the Nationals. She is heading to the USA's in Las Vegas the weekend of July 18 and July 19 and will be competing for her pro-card. Good luck Rachel!

Nicole's physique was at her best and she placed 5th in her division and also qualified for the Nationls. Nicole is a mother of three and will be takinga break from figure to compete in adventure racing. Good luck Nicole!

Jason and I have been busy this year training several girls for the 2008 FITNESS and FIGURE season. We trained and coached two girls (Susanne Costello and Nicole Rueth) for the Mile High Figure and four girls (Susanne, Nicole, Rachel and Stephanie) for the Colorado State Fitness and Figure.

Congratulations to Susanne Costello and Nicole Rueth who placed in the top 5 at the Mile High Natural. Susanne Costello placed 2nd in the Masters and 2nd in the Open Class A. (Photo to come)

Nicole Rueth placed 4th in the Open Class B at the Mile High Natural. She looked awesome, can you believe she is 39 and the mother of three?

Congratulations to Rachel Cammon. Rachel placed 1st in Class D at the Northern. Rachel also had the opporuntiy to shoot wth Isaac Hinds. Rachel shined on stage with her beauty, buff bod and awewsom stage presence.

I truly enjoy training women of all ages for figure competitions. I believe that setting a goal with a date is the best way to be successful! Although I help women train for many sports, my figure competitors are very special because we become like family. With 2-3 phone phones per week, daily emails, and days spent together before the event pro-tanning, posing and more, you really get to know the person inside and out. My training plans are unique because I also help the girls with the reality of coming off of a show. Read more about this program under my On-Line Training section.

Brooke's Help (Word Document)

Heidi Riegsecker is competed in her first competition in Seattle, Washington on July 14.  Heidi's dad and my dad were in the Air Force together and I have not seen her since we were about 3 years old.  I would also like to thank the beautiful fitness pro, Tanji Johnson for helping Heidi with her posing! I am so excited to be able to reconnect with Heidi after all these years and it was so exciting to Heidi and her family. Heidi was my on-line client and right before the swimsuit competition, I spent some time with her showing her different stances and poses to impress the judges. It must have worked, along with her awesome lean, sculpted physique! She won 1st place in Figure and 1st Place in the Swimsuit Model Search. Congratulations Heidi!

The Colorado Natural - November 2006
The Colorado Natural was a huge success! Molly, Susanne, and Samantha placed in the top 5 and did an awesome job! They all qualify to participate in the Nationals or Jr. Nationals. All three were beautiful and we had a blast backstage. They also did a photo shoot on Sunday at Red Rocks.


Susanne Costello is 40 believe it or not and looked amazing. She presented her best physique ever. She tied for 1st place and placed 2nd in a one point decision in Class A. This show proved to be her best conditioning yet. Susanne loves competing and will do so well with her work ethic and attitude.

My Louisiana Girls - Molly Dugger (my baby sister) and Samantha Prestenbach



Molly Dugger placed 2nd in Class B. This was her FIRST show. She was precious on stage and very confident. For a 22 year old, she has an amazing amount of muscle and could compete very easily on the national level; however, her next goal is the Mardi Gras marathon in February.

Samantha Prestenbach is a true beauty and presented herself with so much confidence and poise. She was so excited to be in the first call out and to qualify for Jr. Nationals. She was a star at the photo shoot and she shows a lot of modeling potential. Her husband, Harold, came out from New Orleans to watch and we had a blast. It
was nice to hear those southern accents in Colorado!

MORE COMPETITORS

Brooke Hogue placed 1st (Class C) at the Rocky Mountain in December 2005 and placed 1st at the Northern Colorado in April 2005. Photo coming soon!

Natalie Tetrev placed 2nd at the Northern Colorado in April 2005 and placed in the top three in the Masters Division. Photo coming soon!

Maurene Beamer placed 1st in Class B at the Mile High Natural in May 2005 and won the overall. She competed in her first National show at the Jr. Nationals in Chicago.  Although she did not place, she had a blast and presented her best physique yet!
